Once again, for my fourth year running, I am honoured to be a part of Business of Fashion’s top 500 (BOF500 – the 500 people shaping the global fashion industry).
Since 2013, The Business of Fashion has been hand-curating a list of fashion power players. This year, the list focused on change agents – those who are addressing fashion’s most critical issues during a period of great flux and tumult within the industry and the wider world. With 96 new names and 63 nationalities representing every exciting facet of the $2.4 trillion fashion industry, I am proud to be alongside designers, educators and entrepreneurs, all of whom are all helping to build the fashion industry of the future.
Names such as Miuccia Prada, Michael Kors and Marc Jacobs top the list and new additions include Sara Ziff and Ellen MacArthur. I am proud and honoured to be part of such an inspirational community of people and as always gratified for the opportunities I have to educate others on the impact fashion education can have on a global scale.
